Educational Foundation of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners has adopted information management guidelines that define our customer advertiser relationships. These guidelines disclose the privacy policies for news, information, classified advertising and Web site directories. This privacy policy applies only to information obtained and exchanged via web site.

What Information does LIPTS Gather and/or Track About You

The Educational Foundation of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners may require that you provide personal information to access some portions of the site, including your full name, e-mail address, contract information, and your NCCPAP member identification number. LITPS users must also agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use applicable to the service for which they are accessing. In some instances, we also collect credit card information from members.

Anonymous Information: Educational Foundation of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners may also gather anonymous information, which may be used by LITPS or shared with third parties. This information does not personally identify you but may be helpful for improving the services we offer. Generally this information is collected through "traffic data" and may entail the use of "cookies," "IP addresses" or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.

With whom does Educational Foundation of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners share the information it gathers and/or tracks?

Educational Foundation of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners does not share the information it gathers in a compiled format with third parties, except as follows:
