- Accuracy-related penalties: standards imposed, IRS procedures and available defenses
- Other civil penalties: reasonable cause and first-time penalty abatement
- Failure to file including willful blindness and risk of criminal consequences
- Substitute for Return (SFRs)
- Qualified Amended Returns
