Steve Mankowski, Executive Vice President of our National Organization, and our National Tax Liaison Chair with Congress will give us a complete update  regarding changes and status of proposed regulations and extenders as  he is advised from Congressional Leaders.
He will also provide an  update on changes that are being phased in for the Affordable Care Act.
ADP will present the technical requirements of w-2 reporting for ACA requirements, and all other Fringe Benefit reporting.
Both speakers will share the new Insurance requirements as they affect our clients.
