Tom has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field with expertise in the development, financing, implementation, administration and management of employee benefits programs. Over his career, Tom has served as the consultant and insurance advisor to employers of all sizes, from startup operations to Fortune 100 companies, including some of the largest, well known corporations in the world. Today Tom focuses on assisting employers in understanding and addressing the impact of PPACA on their organizations, often partnering with accounting firms and other financial professionals to assist their clients. He is certified in Health Care Reform studies by the National Association of Health Underwriters.
