ProSeries vs. Lacerte

I am a long time ProSeries user. I am thinking of purchasing Lacerte for Partnerships for 2019 tax year mainly because of its ability to
automatically prepare a PDF K1 package for each shareholder.

Wondering if it is worth using the Lacerte corp and 1040 side too so I have one tax software co to deal with

For those that have used both ProSeries and Lacerte can you share any insight regarding pros and cons of each?

    Thanks

I have been a 29-year user of Lacerte - I can only rate it a 10 in every aspect and every module.  It is very expensive, however.

    Hi Perry,
Thanks you for responding to my question about recording negative capital accounts in connection with a 754 adjustment.
Regarding your question about Lacerte, I am a long time user.  I think it's very good, but i have to warn you, it is VERY expensive.
Other than the expense, i have no complaints. If you have specific questions I can try to answer, let me know.
    Best,
