ProSeries higher level customer service

Does anybody have a higher level customer service (CS) number for ProSeries? Not tech support. I want to discuss
my pricing with someone other then their outsourced foreign customer service.

My dilemma: during tax season I knew that my Pay Per Return partnership product should be converted to Unlimited Federal/NYS based on number of returns I was going to prepare.

I attempted to call CS several times but long hold times prevented me from getting through. Needed to get the returns done. So I put it on the back
burner assuming they would negotiate with me later.

When I call CS now they won't even consider my request. As a 20 year +  ProSeries user I am more then a little disappointed in the treatment
I am getting. I was hoping to get some money back or at least a credit on 2019. They won't give me the time of day.

Looking for a US number. Might try the ProAdvisor hotline.

Anybody else fed up with Intuit? The scripts they make their CS people read are beyond tedious.

    Thanks for any help.

Perhaps you should consider changing tax software.  As a long-time user, you would think they would want to keep you.

10 years ago I switched over to a new tax software. They gave me the current year for free so I could familiarize myself with it by doing my extensions, so I would be ready for the following year.

I have been using Intuit's Lacerte since 1996 and I too am totally disgusted with their customer service or should I say lack thereof. The absolute worst telephone support you can possibly imagine. Truth hurts doesn't it. Neil, I'm curious to know what tax software you switched over to. I'm currently looking at UltraTax but the cost is a bit scary for a small professional tax practice. Thanks, Ed

    We use Lacerte  and Drake

For 95% of the returns drake is perfect.  And they are #1 is cust support.

But there are certainly more complicated returns which require a more sophisted software.

Perhaps a mix between the two can make your cost manageable, and bring your stress level down to zero...

Also    $1,300  per year all states.. all entities.

    Just a thought.....

And BTW... ultra tax was my favorite software

Update: I was able to get in touch with Intuit's "Office of the President" ....a response team. They put me in touch with the right people and Intuit issued
me a full credit for the amount I overspent on PayPal vs. Unlimited.

    Thanks for all your suggestions.

    Perry

That great news!  I got that trick from my father in law who had an issue with Fidelity brokerage over 20 years
ago, got no satisfaction, then reached out to the office of Chairman Ned Johnson and got his issue resolved.

As a Pro Series user for many years, I love the value I get from the product, perhaps not the "best" of all the products
out there, and it is tough to speak to a real person over issues, but I stick with it nonetheless,

Glad I could help you with your issue,
