A client has been consulting for one customer and reporting income on schedule C.  Let's say its 100k. Does anyone see any problems if the client starts a corp. and consults in the name of the corp. to generate 20k of income to cover his medical insurance premiums and medical expenses? Remaining 80k will stay on schedule C.

    Thanks,

    Dan

Having a fringe benefit to a shareholder and no compensation could be an issue.
