    gentlemen

    my client is a Beneficiary of an estate. She believed it was not being administered properly. so, she hired her attorney to review  and advise her. 
    Is the attorney fee deducible to her in any way ?

    Any help appreciated

    If it in regard to her income interest in the estate, it would be a 2% itemized deduction good for NYS only.
