Subject: PTIN for Tax Preparer

1.  PTIN for Tax Preparer

Posted 10 days ago

I am in the process of retiring and do not plan to prepare tax returns after this filing season.  However, if one of my current clients is audited by the IRS in the next couple of years, I would like to be able to represent them.  Can I do this without renewing my PTIN if I keep my CPA license?
