Course Overview: 

Gregory has 30 years dedicated to assisting clients with strategies designed to protect their assets and to save them money.   He has a law degree and business management degree.  He also worked at Coopers & Lybrand in their international department.

He will discuss the treatment of IRS individual income tax debt under the bankruptcy code and currently not collectible status as a settlement option for seniors owing ind8ividual income tax debt.  He will discuss several tax resolution services and tax debt problems with IRS.

We will also be discussing issues for the upcoming tax season.
