Course Overview:

The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 was signed into law on December 27, 2020, which includes a revised Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).  In this session, you will learn about the changes to the existing PPP program, including the timing and the calculation for forgiveness and how a business’s taxes are affected.  In addition, the session will identify the eligibility requirements for the NEW PPP Program, the calculations necessary for the application and the forgiveness calculations.
