Robert is the founder and president of Rost & Co., CPAs, P.C. Robert manages the firm’s operations, oversees its business development, client relations, and plays a key role in the firm operations and growth. Following in his late father’s footsteps, Robert built Rost & Co. from the ground up through hard work and determination. His unique ability to multi-task, identify inefficiencies, and problem solve on the spot have proven to be invaluable in the firm’s success and continued organic growth.
With over 20 years in practice, Robert has diversified experience providing premier accounting, audit, attestation, tax and wealth management services to a wide range of organizations, companies and individuals. His industry knowledge includes manufacturing, construction, distribution, real estate, professional service, not-for-profit, and employee benefit plans.
Robert graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, AICPA Personal Financial Planning section, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is a QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
