  • 1.  NY Individual Tax Return

    My client is still waiting for a Trust K-1 which I'm told, due to the FEMA extension, won't be available until late October.  Since NY individual returns have not been extended, it will be considered late.  Does it matter if the NY return has a substantial refund?
