    I have a Canadian Resident Alien ( New Yorker) who owns 100% of a Delaware Corporation which in turn owns 100 % of a Canadian Corporation.
    I have not done this before so if someone can tell me what type of filer he is ( 1-5) i may be able to get started.  Does the FBAR also come into play here??
    Would appreciate any guidance
