    I have an professional NYS account in order to prepare and pay payroll taxes for my client.  Some clients are trying to register a business account of their own but are being told they already have an account. For one I deleted my account and they were able to open their own account.  Is this a coincidence or is if necessary to delete my professional accounts? Has anyone one had this experience?
