  • 1.  Taxable Alimony

    Are there any new rules regarding Alimony/ Maintenance for tax year 2021?  I know the rules regarding a divorce that was finalized prior to 2018 but was reading something conflicting for 2021 tax year.   Thank you for your help in advance
