Speaker(s): Renato Matos is a Partner at Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld LLP, where he leads the real estate practice group. Renato routinely works with for-profit clients, as well as religious and not-for-profit corporations, on complex real estate transactions including purchases and sales, long-term ground leases, air rights transfers, joint ventures and complex market-rate and affordable housing development projects. He earned an LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law.
