Course Overview: 
Just before the end of 2022, the provisions that have come to be known as Secure 2.0 were enacted by Congress as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Bill.  This webinar will review the tax related provisions of Secure 2.0 to provide the participants with an understanding of the revisions to the Required Minimum Distribution Rules, the changes to the “Catch-Up” contribution limits, modifications to penalty provisions as well as introduce the participants to new provisions related to 529 plan assets, retirement account tax credits and Qualified Charitable Distributions.
