Title: Using Trusts for Creative Planning & Asset Protection

In this session we will review the needs of creating Trusts, and now with drastic gift and estate law changes, how and when to terminate a trust. We will explore the many different types of Trusts and the appropriate use. In addition we will discuss tax implications of filings at trust and beneficiary level, and tax ramifications, especially with new tax laws.
