    Hi, are there any ATX software users who figured out to navigate the NYS PTET credit using this program?  Customer service indicated the software does not support that credit which seems hard to believe.

    You may think it's hard to believe but Lacerte is also not supporting the NYS PTET. They told us it's because their software isn't doing the calculation, so they didn't create any input screens to print out the information for the shareholders/partners. We are adding a note to the K-1's.

    No software is supporting the NY PTET – you have to do it on the portal.

    That is correct , ATX is not suppling a statement that can be used for the PTET information.  I am adding my own statement as an attachment to the NYS K-1's  ( CT-34- SH , Shareholder Summary and IT-204-IP). Lacerte has the same issue.
