    How are most corporations showing third party PEO wages on their corporate tax return when all the W-2's are filed using the third party EIN's. Should we still show as wages or as contract labor.

    We have been showing as a direct administrative cost labelled "Employee Leasing Expense".  Neither W2 cost nor contract labor. Its a substantial expense in our case. We showed it in Cost of Goods Sold.
