    Hi All,

    What do you use to remote in to your clients' desktop? I have a new client who wants me to be able to initiate a remote login to access her desktop Quickbooks company. Looking for something secure, cheap, and easy to setup/use.  And that is listed in priority order. Your recommendations are much appreciated.

    RemotePC by iDrive. Extremely affordable with many of the features of GoToMyPC.

    File transfer, remote printing are a breeze.

    With a little configuring  it could be free and through window using Remote desktop.  The client would need to give you access to a workstation in their office, and it could also be set up to  print to your office.

     

    It works perfectly, its Microsoft

    We use Splahtop. Once setup it's a gem and it's cheap.

    HI Debbie, I have successfully used LogMeIn and GoToMyPC (same parent co. I think!).  Recently an IT co. set up Remote PC - I understand it it reasonable and works perfectly. I used TeamViewer once but at that time it did not permit remote printing - maybe there is an upgraded version. Good luck.
