    could anyone give me a brief overview on how Ireland handles/taxes money or property in america left by a US citizen to an irish citizen living in ireland 
    >>someone in ireland mentioned that at one point if they bought property ireland there would be no tax
    -is this up to date
    -what are the tax rates if any on such inheritances
    -are there and how much are any exclusions
    -could anyone refer me to an Irish accountant
