    Has anyone ever utilized a Deferred Sales Trust (different than a Delaware Statutory trust) to defer gain on sale of highly appreciated real estate. A client of ours asked about this and frankly we had never heard of it. If anyone has experience with this I would appreciate hearing of their experience, that the IRS will accept it and if successful who did the client use as the trustee for the transaction
