I have a client that insists on working up the ERC eligibility and credit application. My initial determination was that he did not qualify. However, assuming I was incorrect, can someone suggest a firm that is not fly-by-night, professional and can work with the client in obtaining all information as well as preparing the forms. After reading about some of these companies out there that have filed, their client receives funds and then the client has to repay because of truly not qualifying.
In short, I am looking for a referral that I can suggest to my client.
