Filing 2022 California personal returns

    If anyone has Cal clients, some follow up to January 2023 IRS/State of CAL filing guidance:.

    My client lives in Alameda County.

    Does the guidance mean she gets automatic extension to file the returns until 10/16/23,
    doesnt have to pay 2022 tax due by 4/18, doesnt have to pay 2023 tax estimates 
    due 4/18, 6/15 and 9/15 until 10/16/23?

    As far as the 2023 estimates go, can she make a payment covering Q1 thru Q3
    in a single check, perhaps including all 3 vouchers by 10/16?
