I am very surprised to see NCCPAP Nassau/Suffolk Educational Fdn sponsoring an ERC session tomorrow featuring representatives of alliantgroup. As I am sure we are all aware, the ERC area is rife with fraud, such that an IRS moratorium is now in place (part of tomorrow's presentation). Alliantgroup is under the microscope in this area, and their Houston headquarters was raided by the IRS on 5/20/22. At least for me, it does not seem right that this firm is being given a presentation platform. Is there a vetting in place for presenters? Remember, many members rely upon NCCPAP to validate resources and take for granted that some vetting has taken place. I recognize that some of you may not share my views, and that not all professionals at alliantgroup are bad people.
