Hello, I have a not-for-profit (daycare) client who needs an annual review done for the CHAR500. I have already compiled much of the information that may be needed, but I do not typically provide attestation services but it should be very simple. Background of the client:
1) No assets other than a bank account
2) Had a small loan from the director that has been paid off
3) No significant operating expenses aside from payroll, insurance, and supplies.
4) Does not pay rent but has an "internal lease" aka an agreement with the building to provide daycare in a govt building in exchange for use of the space.
5) 3 officers (1 director and only one who does anything)
6) Received a grant in 2021/2022
Should be very basic and the client doesn't have a large budget so if anyone can do the review for under $5k just for Char500 purposes let me know. Please email me any inquires to msavello@prestigetaxcpa.com.
