    Hoping someone has experience with this filing

    Two questions pertaining to Class D beneficiaries

    Are all retirement accounts and Life Insurance proceeds taxable to these beneficiaries

    What expenses are allowed against the tax...i.e. funeral expenses , legal and administration, Executor fees
