Not for Profit Consultation

    Any members interested in consulting with a not-for-profit about breaking the organization into two entities - one that is for-profit and one that is non-profit?

    They want to discuss advantages/disadvantages and possible ways to approach this and then would need someone to set this up for them. 

    I do not have the time to do this work.
