The Nassau/Suffolk Chapter of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners (N/S-NCCPAP) - invites you to participate in the 15th Annual Long Island Tax Professionals Symposium (LITPS) on November 15, 16 and 17, 2017 at the wonderful facilities of the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, New York.
 

By becoming an Exhibitor/Sponsor, you will enjoy all the benefits derived from two days of face-to-face interaction with a quality audience of over 650 Practicing Tax Professionals, many quality organizations, IRS and NYS Representatives and additional industry leaders.
 

The Nassau/Suffolk Chapter of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners has over 600 member firms, representing more than 1600 individual members.
 

The LITPS is the IRS’ largest event in the Northeast Region with more than 650 paying Tax Professionals in attendance.
 

In addition to the IRS and the N/S Chapter of NCCPAP, the Symposium is co-sponsored with seven other related organizations representing a broad spectrum of the Tax Professional community. These include CPAs, EAs and other tax and accounting professionals, business owners and employees, corporate tax executives, financial planners and attorneys – Professionals who make decisions for their own firms and whose opinions are valued by their clients and associates.
 

The LITPS includes an Educational/Seminar program (where the attendees earn important Educational Credits), a two-day exhibition, important breakfast and luncheon programs, a unique and highly regarded Technology Day on Friday... all with sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities to fit every marketing budget.
 

Educational topics include federal, state (NY, CT, NJ) and local tax updates for individuals and businesses, Real Estate tax laws, IRS practice and procedures, new Tax & Financial Services and Software products and, at least, 7 Continuing Education Credits (CPE) in Accounting and Auditing.
 

The Coffee Breaks and the Wednesday after-hours social gathering are all held on the Exhibition floor providing optimum access and exposure.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities

  1. Symposium Exhibitors - All exhibits are located in the Plaza Room. Set up hours are 2:00 pm until 11:00 pm on Tuesday, November 14. Exhibitor personnel are welcome to enjoy lunch with the seminar attendees. See worksheet for pricing. To improve traffic flow we have added a third food and beverage station. This, and other improvements, reduced the number of exhibit spaces available. We suggest reserving your space quickly. Normally, most exhibits are sold out by mid to late July. Exhibitor commitments and payments must be received by October 3 to be listed in Exhibitor Guide and Directory.

  2. Morning/Afternoon Coffee Sponsors - Held on the Exhibit Hall Floor for maximum interaction. Sponsors may distribute their own company printed brochures next to the coffee/soda tables from 10:30 am until noon, and 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. $500 per day.

  3. Breakfast Sponsors - - The sponsors may distribute company printed brochures and may have a selfstanding banner in the pre-function area next to the registration desk from 7:30 am to 10:15 am and mingle with guests inside the pre-function area. $1000 per day.

  4. Room Sponsorships - Only three available. Put your name on one of the three major symposium presentation rooms all three days of LITPS! ($4500 for three days.) Room sponsors may place their literature and a self standing banner in their sponsored room throughout the symposium. In addition, the sponsor is invited to make a short, 3 minute, talk upon commencement of each session in the room and lunch is provided “Compliments of Your Company.” Your company named room will also be displayed on all session schedules and promotion.

  5. Lunch Sponsors - - The sponsors may distribute printed company brochures at lunch attendee seats and may place a self-standing banner in the room for all three days from approximately 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. The sponsor will be given approximately 2 minutes, to speak about their products, services, and benefits.

  6. Souvenir Bag Sponsor - Souvenir bags with the sponsor’s name or logo, will be distributed to all attendees at registration. *$6000. First come, first served.

  7. J.K. Lasser Book Sponsor - Distributed in the souvenir bag to all attendees. Your company name is imprinted on an adhesive sticker (App 3" x 5"), affixed to the cover of the J.K. Lasser 2017 Your Income Tax Book * $5,000. Year ‘round visibility.

  8. Master Tax Book Sponsor - The Tax Guide is distributed to all attendees. The sponsor’s name will be imprinted (app. 3" x 5") on the cover of the 2017 Master Tax Guide Book. In the event that the publisher does not offer adequate time for imprinting, Nassau/Suffolk Chapter of NCCPAP reserves the right to have the sponsor’s name printed on an adhesive sticker and placed on the cover of the Tax Guide. *$5,000.  SOLD

  9. Exhibitor Directory/Buying Guide - The LITPS publishes a Show Directory and Buying Guide that provides year-long information on exhibitors and all Guide advertisers. Closing is October 3, 2017. Exhibitor commitments and payments must be received by October 1 to be listed in Exhibitor Guide and Directory.

  10. Lanyard Sponsor – Name Badge Lanyards with the sponsor’s name (or logo) will be distributed to ALL registrants, speakers and exhibitors representatives at the event. *$2,500.
