  • 1.  Foreign Corp. doing work for a U.S. corp. in California

    If a domestic corp. subcontracts work to a foreign corp. to do work in the U.S., does the U.S. corp. have to withhold any taxes from payments made to the foreign corp.?

    Yes they would have to withhold at a rate of 30% or a lower rate by treaty.
