     A bookkeeper i use has a client that needs help and its out of my area of knowledge.

    This is what she needs in her words:----

    "This company does medical research and has received a grant under the SBIR program from HHS
    We need a CPA who has experience with these programs to make sure our books and records are in compliance
    and withstand an audit from said agencies

    We would prefer someone who has had multiple recent engagements"
