    Today I received a Subpoena from the NYS Grand Jury in regard to records to be presented for a former client

    I need to discuss this with an attorney so I know how to respond

    Any recommendations?

    Your insurance carrier will provide coverage and an attorney for the cost of compliance.

    I use CNA and had a similar situation today.

    Call your malpractice insurance carrier immediately.  Do not hire a separate attorney.
