    My client is going through a residency audit with New York City.
    He lived in London for a year or so - and now the City is claiming that he did not and his intent was never to move there and have assessed him $ 250,000.
    He needs a strong advocate in the legal world.
    He was not my client when these tax filings were made.
    Any suggestions are most welcome.
