    Can anyone refer an attorney knowledgeable about this program? An elderly client contacted the building dept 

    about an addition she made to her home 40 years ago, of course the dept could not find any record of such an improvement, now she was sent

    paperwork regarding this amnesty program and is asking about the ramifications.
