This past weekend, we notified you about the IRS Notice CP210 regarding a Form 941 refund for the first quarter of 2014. As an update, this Notice was the result of a discrepancy with a newly implemented process between ADP® and our banking partner; you are not due a refund, and there is no action required by you at this time.
The conditions that led to this matter have been resolved and we have leveraged our strong relationship with the IRS to help ensure there is no impact to your account. You may disregard this IRS Notice. There is no need to send this Notice to ADP or to contact the IRS.
