Does a
donation not a grant made by a tax exempt org. i.e an American Legion Post to the Disabled American Veterans in excess of $5,000 require a yes answer to Question 21 on page 4 and specific disclosure in Schedule I parts 1 and 2 as "Other Assistance"?
