    I am looking at ShareFile from Citrix to replace DMS. Does anyone have any information good or bad on setting it up, using it, support, etc. or knows of anyone using it.

    I've been using Sharefile for a few years. It comes along with my website, so I don't pay separatelyfor it.
    I use it for most content-sensitive emails apart from my tax returns, as Drake provides its users the ability to send encrypted
    (password-protected) files to clients. It is a pretty easy program to use; I use it mostly to attach sensitive pdf files. The toll-free customer support is good, and available 24/7. I would recommend it.
