This credit on the federal return reduces the expense deduction.When preparing the New York State return (whether an S Corp or partnership) does NY law allow you to reinstate this reduction of the expense deduction. If so, can someone direct me to the NYS tax code section. IN my reading I see adjustments for other federal credits but not this one.
