Our next Chapter meeting will be on Thursday, September 8th.  The topic will be “Asset Protection-Family Limited Partnerships-Protect Your and your clients Primary Residences. Our presenter will be Ken Rubinstein, Esq. He is a partner at Rubinstein & Rubinstein, LLP.  This meeting will be at The Woodlands, at the Town of Oyster Bay Golf Course, One Southwoods Road, Woodbury, NY. 2 CPE credits will be issued for this meeting.  Members’ Registration on or before Friday September 2nd is $55.00 and $70.00 after Friday.

The very important topic of our next MAP meeting is “Planning for the Elder Client-Checklist of What You Should Know”.  Our presenter will be Richard Harms, Esq. of The Law Office of Richard Harms PC.  The meeting will be on Wednesday, September 28th at On Parade Diner in Woodbury, from 8AM to 10AM.   Members’ registration is $30 by Friday September 23rd and $40 after Friday and $50 at the door.

We will reschedule our MAP meeting “Understanding Lease Terms and How to Negotiate a Lease” shortly.
