    I have two CPA friends/colleagues who are interested in leaving their current CPA firms and purchasing a CPA practice from someone looking to sell/retire in a few years.   Practice in Nassau or Suffolk.  

    One of them would consider buying a practice between 100-200K in sales, but they would partner up and buy a larger practice of 200-400K in sales if available.
