    There will be a new NYS form IT-225 additions and subtractions The mta and personal estimated tax dates will be the same in 2014 In 2014 if you pay minimum $8 an hr for a student the employer will be refunded .75 per hour. You need the original TR-579-CT BUT you can use a fax or email copy for the TR-579-CT for e-filing. The web site OPEL is no longer be used.
