Choosing a credit card vendor

    Can anyone recommend a vendor (or two) for a member who anticipates only $2-4K/mo of charges (mostly over the phone), mostly Jan-June. I know there was a vendor who reached out to our chapter several months ago. Don't think paying monthly charges would make sense in this situation, and I realize the rate would thus be higher.
