  • 1.  S-Corp owner filing for Unemployment

    Anyone else here think it is unfair that an S-Corp owner taking a salary and paying into Unemployment is not eligible to file/collect unemployment? 

    Who can we call to change this rule?

    The normal "theory" is that the owner of the business "quit" his business.  This may not be the same rule because of the current pandemic (federal emergency)
    Join the multi millions who have applied if you are not still working and try your luck
