    Hi All,

    I'm having trouble getting the software to generate IT-653 and the credit on the personal tax return. I entered the information on screen NY 653 as instructed. What am I missing?

    I am using Drake software. It is not adding back the credit to FAGI and is not applying the credit. It's as if it simply does not exist. I may have to call them.

    Hi Debbie. I use Drake as well. I had a similar issue. Check question E from the MISC tab in the state return. That should populate the form
