    Gentlemen:
    Another CPA told me when filing out this form you should include in average monthly payroll, theemployee
    health benefits na the employee portion of payroll taxes

    CFan anybody clear this uo for me and the rest of the community.
    You hear 100 different opinions, which is correct??
