    Does anybody know how to file the Salt cap election with NYS

    I believe the election has to be made online using the client's online account.  Unless something has changed in the last couple of weeks, you cannot make the election for your clients through the practitioner's online account.  
    I am certain NCCPAP will cover this in tomorrow's class:  NYS Pass-Through Entity Tax.  It is at 10:00am.
