    Hi All,

    Client wants to dissolve a SMLLC. Please tell me if "The vote or written consent of a majority in interest of the members of the limited liability company." is a sufficient/proper response to The event giving rise to the filing of the articles of dissolution is: ___________ as shown in the attached template.
