    I have a client that has established an ESOP, which needs to be accounted for in 2020.  I am looking for someone who is experienced in the accounting details of the transactions and presentation on the financial statements/cash flow.  OR, does anyone know someone, or a company, that I can reach out to for assistance.  Thanks and be well.
